Paring knife
The Paring knife is a small chef’s knife that is extremely strong and durable. It is used on smaller tasks such as slicing smaller vegetables and fruits. It should not be used on hard vegetables and may require an unsafe amount of force to complete the cut.
Despite their smaller size, they actually have a multitude of uses within the kitchen. This includes slicing, mincing and detailed cutting. It can also be used on softer vegetables as well as trimming and removing any seeds from fruit and veg. The Paring knife works perfectly for precision tasks and can even divine shrimp.
67 Layer Damascus Steel
The Damascus steel is folded many times over creating high quality steel. This through a bonding on molecular level and thus allowing sharper angles in the steel and a flexibility thanks to said bindings.

Stabwood handle
Stabwood is a material with great attributes for a kitchen knife. It is highly water resistant, and doesn’t warp, or crack. As an addition the woods pattern is heighten by the agent(s) used in the manufacturing process. Read more about Stabwood here.
